20. סמכויות הועדה הרפואית העליונה
ועדה רפואית עליונה רשאית לאשר את החלטת הועדה הרפואית, לבטלה או לשנותה, בין שנתבקשה לעשות זאת ובין שלא נתבקשה, בין שהעורר הוא הנכה ובין שהוא הרשות המוסמכת.
