23. אי־התייצבות בערר שהגישה הרשות המוסמכת
עררה הרשות המוסמכת, והנכה לא התייצב בפני הועדה הרפואית העליונה במועד ובמקום שנקבעו בהזמנה ולא נתן סיבה סבירה לאי־התייצבותו, רשאית הועדה הרפואית העליונה לדון ולהחליט לפי החומר אשר ברשותה.
