4. קביעת דרגת נכות על פי מסמכים
הועדה רשאית, בהסכמת הנכה והרשות המוסמכת, לקבוע את דרגת נכותו של הנכה על סמך מסמכים רפואיים בלבד, מבלי לבדוק את הנכה.
