34. תצ״ר הכוללת שינוי גבול בין גושים או גוש חדש
(א)במקרה של העברת חלקות בין גושים, יגיש המודד מראש בקשה לשינוי גבול בין הגושים, והמנהל רשאי לאשר אותה אם מצא שיש הצדקה מקצועית לכך.
(ב)מודד יגיש מראש בקשה ליצירת גושים חדשים, לפי הצורך, והמנהל רשאי לאשר אותה אם מצא שיש הצדקה מקצועית לכך.
