37. התיישנות ועדכון תצ״ר ותמ״ר
תיקון: תש״ף
(א)תצ״ר שהוכנה לפי תקנות אלה, אושרה וטרם נרשמה או שפג תוקפה לרישום בפנקסי המקרקעין, תשמש כתת״ג של החלקות הרשומות הנכללות בה אלא אם כן הורה המנהל אחרת.
(ב)מודד יעדכן תצ״ר או תמ״ר שהוכנה לפי תקנות אלה, אושרה ולא נרשמה בתוך שלוש שנים מתאריך אישורה.
