39. מעשה טרור המוני
(א)העובר עבירה שהיא מעשה טרור שגרמה לפגיעות בגוף של ציבור גדול, דינו – מאסר עולם.
(ב)העובר עבירה שהיא מעשה טרור תוך שימוש בנשק כימי, ביולוגי או רדיואקטיבי, בחומר מזיק או במיתקן רגיש, או תוך פגיעה במיתקן רגיש, העלולים לפי טיבם או סוגם לגרום לפגיעה חמורה בציבור גדול או בשטח גדול, דינו – מאסר עולם.
