64. ביקורת שיפוטית–מינהלית מורחבת
בעתירה על החלטה של שר הביטחון לפי פרק זה רשאי בית משפט לעניינים מינהליים לאשר את החלטת השר, לשנותה, לבטלה או לקבל החלטה אחרת במקומה, ובלי לגרוע מכלליות האמור רשאי בית המשפט לשקול כל שיקול שהיה השר רשאי לשקול לשם כך.
