71. הוראות לגבי עתירה בעניין צו למניעת פעילות או צו להגבלת שימוש במקום
(א)בדונו בעתירה בעניין צו למניעת פעילות או צו להגבלת שימוש במקום, רשאי בית משפט לעניינים מינהליים לבטל את הצו, לאשרו או לשנות את תנאיו, ורשאי הוא להחזיר את העניין עם הוראות למי שהוציא את הצו.
(ב)על עתירה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) וכן על ערעור עליה יחולו הוראות סעיף 65 לעניין סטייה מדיני הראיות וראיות חסויות.
