תיקון: תשפ״ד, תשפ״ו
(הוראת שעה לשנתיים מיום 12.11.2023, ולשנתיים מיום 27.11.2025):
(א)שר המשפטים, באישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת הראשונה.
(ב)שר המשפטים, בהסכמת שר הביטחון ובאישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת השנייה.
