2. מועד ציון יום העלייה
(א)יום העלייה יצוין מדי שנה ביום ז׳ בחשוון (להלן – יום העלייה).
(ב)חל יום העלייה ביום שישי, יצוין יום העלייה ביום רביעי שלפניו.
