6. הפקעתו, התלייתו ושינוי תנאיו של רשיון־רועה
רשות למתן רשיונות רשאית בכל זמן להפקיע או להתלות רשיון־רועה כל־שהוא או לשנות את תנאיו, מבלי לתת כל נימוק לעשותה כן.
