118. אחריות בנזיקין
לעניין סעיף 63 לפקודת הנזיקין, החיובים שהוטלו על אחראי לביקורת על הביצוע נועדו גם להגנתם של אלה העלולים להיפגע מביצועה של עבודת הבנייה שלא בהתאם לתנאי ההיתר, לחוק, לתכניות או לתקנות האחרות שהותקנו לפי החוק.
