תיקון: תשפ״ב־7
בתוך שלוש שנים ממועד הגשת הבקשה כאמור בתקנה 119יח, המורשה להיתר ייתן את ההיתר לפי סעיף 158נב(א) לחוק, לאחר שבדק ומצא כי התקיימו כל ההוראות והתנאים המפורטים בסעיף האמור.
