119כט. הארכת תוקף היתר מאת מורשה להיתר
תיקון: תשפ״ב־7
(א)מורשה להיתר שנתן את ההיתר יאריך את תוקפו של ההיתר, לבקשת בעל ההיתר, לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלוש שנים.
(ב)לא יוארך תוקפו של היתר אם קיימת מניעה לפי דין למתן ההיתר במועד הארכתו.
