27. חובת מינוי
תיקון: תשפ״ב
מבקש ההיתר ימנה –
(1)עורך בקשה;
(2)מתכנן שלד הבניין, למעט בקשה להיתר שבשל אופייה או מהותה אין צורך למנות לה מתכנן שלד הבניין;
(3)מורשה נגישות אם נדרש לפי סעיף 158ו3 לחוק;
(4)לבקשה להיתר הכוללת יישום של שיטת בנייה חדשה – ממונה על שיטת הבנייה החדשה; הממונה יהיה בעל כשירות כקבוע באישור הזמני.
