35. סמכות המהנדס להתיר או לפטור מהגשת נספחים ומסמכים
תיקון: תשפ״ב־5
המהנדס רשאי –
(1)להתיר הגשת נספחים לבקשה בקנה מידה שונה מן האמור בתוספת הראשונה;
(2)להתיר הגשת תכנית ראשית אשר אינה עומדת בהוראות התוספת הראשונה אם סבר כי ניתן להסתמך על היתר קודם שניתן לאותו בניין;
(3)לפטור מהגשת קובץ תשריט סכמטי של שטחי הבנייה אם אין בבקשה שינוי לשטחי הבנייה המפורטים בהיתר קודם.
