39. העברת בקשה הכוללת שיטת בנייה חדשה למשרד הבינוי
(א)כללה הבקשה שיטת בנייה חדשה, יעביר המהנדס את הבקשה ואת המסמכים כאמור בתקנה 33(18) למשרד הבינוי והשיכון.
(ב)משרד הבינוי והשיכון יודיע למהנדס ולגוף המוסמך, בתוך חמישה ימים, אם המכסה של הבקשה מלאה ואין לאפשר שימוש בה בהיתר הבנייה.
