96. השלמת תשלומים על פי החיובים
(א)לא שולמו החיובים, כולם או חלקם בעת מתן ההיתר, תשלח רשות הרישוי הודעה בדבר התשלומים כאמור לבעל ההיתר לא יאוחר מעשרים ימים ממועד הגשת הבקשה למתן תעודת הגמר.
(ב)שלחה רשות הרישוי הודעה כאמור עד המועד הנקוב בתקנת משנה (א), לא תינתן תעודת גמר אלא לאחר ששולמו החיובים כאמור.
