3. דרכי תשלום
תיקון: תש״ך, תשכ״ז, תש״ל, תשל״ב, תשל״ג, תשל״ח, תשמ״ד־2, תשנ״ז
(א)דמי ביטוח ישולמו באמצעות בנק הדואר, או כל בנק אחר שאישר לכך המוסד, זולת אם הודיע המוסד לחייב בתשלום לשלם את דמי הביטוח בדרך אחרת.
(ב)מעביד המעסיק בישראל עובד שמקום מושבו באזור או בשטחי עזה יריחו, כהגדרתם בסעיף 378 לחוק, שאינו תושב ישראל באזור כהגדרתו בסעיף האמור, ישלם את דמי הביטוח, למעט בעד עובדים במשק בית, באמצעות מדור התשלומים שליד שירות התעסוקה.
