5ג. שיעור דמי ביטוח של חבר קיבוץ
תיקון: תש״ך
(א)דמי הביטוח המשתלמים בעד חבר קיבוץ הם מכפלת דמי הביטוח היומיים במספר הימים בשנת התשלום שבהם היה חבר הקיבוץ.
(ב)דמי ביטוח יומיים יחושבו לפי החלק ה־360 מהכנסתו של החבר כאמור בתקנה 5ב.
