16. אופן פרסום
(א)פרסום הדירוג כאמור בתקנה 14(א) ייעשה באמצעות דוח דירוג שיפורסם בדיווח לרשות ולציבור ובאתר חברת הדירוג.
(ב)פרסום דוח הדירוג כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) ייעשה בדוח מיידי כמשמעותו בתקנה 13(ב).
