18. אזכור הרשות
חברת דירוג לא תעשה בדיווחים או בפרסומים אחרים שימוש בשם הרשות באופן ממנו ישתמע כי הרשות תומכת בדירוג או מאשרת אותו או את הפעולות שנקטה חברת הדירוג בקשר לדירוג.
