3. שפת הבקשה
הבקשה והמסמכים המצורפים אליה יוגשו בשפה העברית; הרשות רשאית להתיר את הגשת הבקשה והמסמכים המצורפים אליה כולם או מקצתם באנגלית, אם ראתה כי הגשת בקשה ומסמכים כאמור בשפה העברית עשויים להשית נטל שאין לו הצדקה על המבקשת בשים לב לענייניו של ציבור המשקיעים.
