תיקון: תשס״ה, תשע״ד
על תאגיד שבבעלותו 25 כלי רכב לפחות שאינם מבוטחים בפוליסה לביטוח רכב (רכוש) (בחוק זה – בעל צי רכב), המוכר רכב שניזוק בתאונה, בין שהיה הרכב בבעלותו ובין שרכב בו זכות לבעלות כאמור ברישה של סעיף קטן (א) בסעיף 3, יחולו הוראות אותו סעיף קטן, בשינויים המחויבים.
