4. הגבלות על אישור בעלות
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשע״ד
(א)חבר בורסה ייתן לבעל מניות בלא תמורה אישור בעלות אחד לגבי החזקותיו במניות החברה שהוא נכון לרישומי חבר הבורסה בתום המועד הקובע.
(ב)בעל מניות רשאי לקבל אישור בעלות נוסף לאותו מועד קובע לגבי החזקותיו במניות החברה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), וחבר הבורסה רשאי לדרוש תמורה בעד הפקת אישור הבעלות הנוסף.
