2. עסקה חריגה בין בנק לבין המדינה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
הוראות סעיף 275 לחוק לא יחולו על התקשרות בעסקה חריגה –
(1)בין בנק לבין המדינה, במישרין או באמצעות חברת נכסים, ושענינה שיתוף פעולה; בפסקה זו –
”בנק“, ”חברת נכסים“ – כהגדרתם בחוק המניות הבנקאיות שבהסדר (הוראת שעה), התשנ״ד–1993;
”שיתוף פעולה“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 33 לחוק המניות הבנקאיות שבהסדר (הוראת שעה), התשנ״ד–1993;
(2)(נמחקה);
(3)(נמחקה).
