20. הגשה ופרסום
תיקון: תשס״ג, תשס״ח
(א)המציע יגיש את המיפרט לרשות, לבורסה ולחברת המטרה.
(ב)לא יאוחר מיום העסקים הראשון לאחר תאריך המיפרט, יפרסם המציע הודעה על הגשת המיפרט, בעיתונים כאמור בתקנות ניירות ערך (פרסום מודעות בעיתונים), התשס״ח–2008 (להלן – תקנות הפרסום).
