13. החלטה על כינוס אסיפות
החליט בית המשפט להורות על כינוס אסיפות נושים או אסיפות בעלי מניות, לפי הענין, לסוגיהם (להלן – האסיפות), יחולו על כינוס האסיפות הוראות פרק ד׳.
