15. קביעת מועד להגשת תביעות ודרך בדיקתן
בכל עת לאחר פתיחת הליכים על פי תקנות אלה, רשאי בית המשפט, אם ראה צורך בכך, לקבוע מועד להגשת תביעות חוב או תביעות לתיקון מרשם בעלי המניות, לפי הענין (להלן – התביעות), ולקבוע את דרך בדיקתן ואישורן של התביעות לשם הצבעה, בהתאם להוראות פרק זה.
