20. מועד שערוך התביעות
אם לא קבע בית המשפט אחרת, ישוערכו תביעות החוב לפי ערכן נכון למועד הגשת הבקשה לפשרה או להסדר או למועד הגשת הבקשה להקפאת הליכים, לפי המוקדם מביניהם.
