58. המצאת מסמכים לכונס הרשמי
המבקש, בבקשה שמטרתה הבראת החברה, והמבקש בבקשה להקפאת הליכים, ימציאו לכונס הרשמי העתק של בקשתם, בלא דיחוי, עם הגשתה לבית המשפט וכן את החלטתו של בית המשפט לכשתינתן.
