10. רשות כניסה ובדיקה ונטילת דוגמאות
(א)פקיד רשאי בכל עת להיכנס ולבדוק חצריו של בעל רשיון או של קמעונאי המוכר כהילים מפוגלים או של אדם שהורשה לקבל כהילים מפוגלים, והוא רשאי לבדוק ולבחון כהילים כאמור המצויים בחצרים וליטול מהם דוגמאות.
(ב)כל המפריע לפקיד בביצוע סמכויותיו לפי סעיף זה, דינו – קנס 50 לירות על כל עבירה ועבירה.
