12. אסור לטהר כהילים מפוגלים
כל המטהר או מנסה לטהר כהילים מפוגלים, או לאחר שהשתמש בכהילים מפוגלים הוא מחזירם או מנסה להחזירם למצבם הקודם, או שהוא מפיק או מנסה להפיק מהם כוהל, על ידי זיקוק או עיבוד או בכל דרך אחרת, ולא עשה זאת לפי פקודה זו או בהסכמתו של המנהל, דינו – קנס 200 לירות.
