16. העדר בלעדיות השידור
(א)לגוף המשדר לא תהיה בלעדיות בשידורי הכנסת, והוא יבצע את שידוריו באופן שלא ימנע למעשה צילומים ושידורים של גורמים אחרים אשר אושרו כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)יושב ראש הכנסת או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, רשאי לאפשר לגורמים נוספים לצלם ולשדר את דיוני המליאה והועדות, כולם או חלקם, לרבות ישיבות ואירועים מיוחדים בכנסת, ובלבד שלדעת יושב ראש הכנסת, לא תיגרם הפרעה לאפשרות ביצוע תקין של שידורי הגוף המשדר לפי הוראות חוק זה.
