18. עיצום כספי
תיקון: תשס״ח־3
(א)מצא יושב ראש המועצה כי הגוף המשדר הפר חובה מן החובות הנקובות בסעיף 5(ב)(4) או 13א, רשאי הוא, לאחר ששמע את הגוף המשדר, להטיל עליו, בשל ההפרה, עיצום כספי בשיעור של פי שבעה מהקנס הקבוע בסעיף 61(א)(1) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
(ב)לענין הטלת עיצום כספי כאמור, יחולו הוראות סעיפים 37ג עד 37ט לחוק התקשורת, בשינויים המחויבים.
