רשיון יצרן מרשה ליצרן למכור, בחצריו הרשויים, משקאות משכרים מתוצרת עצמו, ובלבד שהכמות הנמכרת לא תהא פחותה מן הכמות שמותר למכרה ברשיון סיטונאי.
