42. תנאים לרשיון
(א)כל רשיון יהא אישי ומיוחד למחזיק בו, ואין כוחו יפה אלא לחצרים שנזכרו בו.
(ב)כל רשיון יפקע ביום השלושים ואחד בדצמבר של השנה שבה הוצא, אך ניתן לחדשו לפי שיקול דעתו של המנהל.
(ג)רשיון אינו ניתן להעברה אלא באישורו של המנהל.
