6. צמידות
הקרן והריבית של איגרות החוב יהיו צמודות למדד יוקר המחיה, אולם שר האוצר רשאי להצמיד לשער הדולר קרן וריבית של איגרות חוב של אותו חלק מהמילווה שמקורו בכספים שנתקבלו כפרמיות על פי חוזים לביטוח חיים צמוד לשער הדולר שנכנסו לתקפם לפני יום כ״ז בניסן תשכ״ב (1 במאי 1962).
