2. הגשת עתירה
תיקון: תשמ״ו
(א)עתירה תוגש לבית המשפט בכתב, במספר עותקים מספיק בשביל בית המשפט וכל המשיבים, ויפורטו בה מספר זהותו של העותר והנימוקים שעליהם היא מתבססת.
(ב)לעתירה יצורף תצהיר לאימות העובדות המשמשות לה יסוד.
