3. יידוע הציבור על הצילום
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)בעת הצבת מצלמה כאמור בתקנה 2, תציב הרשות האוכפת את התמרור המיועד לסימון מצלמה למטרות אכיפה בסמוך לנתיב הנסיעה, לרבות לפני הכניסה לנתיב הנסיעה, באופן שיבהיר לציבור הנהגים הנוסעים בנתיב, כי נתיב הנסיעה עשוי להיות מצולם לשם תיעוד ביצוע עבירה.
(ב)רשות אוכפת תפרסם באתר האינטרנט שלה רשימה של נתיבי התחבורה הציבורית שבתחומה.
