8. המצאת צילום בצירוף הודעת תשלום קנס
הודעת תשלום קנס שהופקה על סמך צילום לפי תקנות אלה, תומצא לבעל הרכב בצירוף הצילום האמור, או באופן שיאפשר לבעל הרכב לצפות בצילום כאמור באופן מאובטח באמצעות האינטרנט.
