בתקנות אלה –
”התבטאות גזענית“ – כהגדרתה בסעיף 15 לחוק;
”חפץ אסור“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 14 לחוק למעט פסקה (8) שבו;
”שדה משחק“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 16 לחוק.
