6. בית המשפט המוסמך
תיקון: תשנ״ה
בית המשפט המוסמך לענין חוק זה הוא בית המשפט לעניני משפחה, והוא יהיה מוסמך לפעול לענין כל הוראה באמנה שמדובר בה ברשות שיפוטית או מינהלית; ולענין זה יהיו נתונות לו גם הסמכויות של בית משפט לגבי קטין או קטין נזקק לפי חוק הנוער (טיפול והשגחה), התש״ך–1960.
