2. פעולות לעניין מנת דם טבורי
לא יאסוף אדם דם טבורי לשם הפקדה בבנק דם טבורי, לא יבצע בו כל טיפול ולא יבצע סיווג רקמות במנת דם טבורי שנאספה, אלא בהתאם להוראות חוק זה.
