10. תקופת כהונה של חבר המועצה המייעצת
חבר המועצה המייעצת יתמנה לתקופה של ארבע שנים, וניתן לשוב ולמנותו לתקופות כהונה נוספות; ואולם לא יכהן חבר המועצה המייעצת, למעט החברים המנויים בפסקאות (5) ו־(8) שבסעיף 6(א), יותר משלוש תקופות כהונה רצופות.
