22. הוראת מעבר לעניין תשלומים לרשות מקומית
על אף האמור בכל דין, מקרקעי המשכן הקודם יהיו פטורים מכל אגרה, ארנונה, היטל או תשלום חובה אחר, המשתלמים לרשות מקומית, בנוגע לתקופה שבה המשכן הקודם יהיה ריק מכל אדם וחפץ, ובנוגע לתקופה שבה מתבצעים השחזור, השימור וההכשרה לפי חוק זה, וכל עוד לא החלה הפעלתו של מוזאון הכנסת.
