20. פקיעת המינוי
תיקון: תשע״ב
מינוי הגוף המנהל יפקע באחד מאלה:
(1)הגוף המנהל החליט על פירוקו מרצון או שבית המשפט נתן צו לפירוקו;
(2)בית המשפט נתן צו כינוס נכסים או צו פירוק זמני בעניינו של הגוף המנהל;
(3)בית המשפט נתן צו הקפאת הליכים, כמשמעותו בסעיף 350ב לחוק החברות, התשנ״ט–1999, בעניינו של הגוף המנהל.
