26. איסור עיקול ושעבוד והגבלות בהעברת זכויות
(א)מוצג שבבעלות המדינה המשמש לפעילות בית העצמאות אינו ניתן לעיקול או לשעבוד, ולא תחול עליו זכות עיכבון, אלא באישור השר.
(ב)זכויות וחיובים של הגוף המנהל לפי הסכם ההתקשרות עמו אינם ניתנים להעברה, לשעבוד או לעיקול.
