5. היתרים לבניה
מותר לתת היתר לבניה או לשימוש במקרקעין המפורטים בתוספת לכל מטרה שנועדה לקדם את מטרותיו של בית הספר, והוא על אף ההגבלות האמורות בסעיף 11 לתוספת הראשונה של חוק התכנון והבניה, תשכ״ה–1965.
