6. ערעור
(א)החלטה של בית המשפט לימאות ניתנת לערעור לפני בית המשפט העליון.
(ב)בית המשפט העליון הדן בערעור לפי סעיף זה, יהיו לו נוסף על סמכויותיו כבית משפט לערעורים כל הסמכויות הנתונות לבית המשפט לימאות.
